Alfin Fathul Fikri is the Program Manager Coordinator at Damar Nusantara, where he leads impactful initiatives to address social, educational, and environmental challenges. A graduate of International Relations from the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII), Alfin brings a strong foundation in diplomacy, advocacy, and community engagement to his work.

He also serves as the Coordinator of the Ekspedisi Perubahan, a grassroots initiative that gathers the aspirations of communities from remote villages to inform and influence presidential candidates for the 2024 election. Alfin is passionate about amplifying the voices of underserved populations and integrating their needs into meaningful policies, aligning with Damar Nusantara mission to ensure no one is left behind.
